Phase 1a
Scope of Work: Complete historical lobby and entrance vestibule including the addition of a new elevator and the renovation of public restrooms and stairs; complete Manchester Jr. Arts Center on the second floor above the lobby including public restrooms for students; upgrade mechanical & electrical systems in the audience chamber.

Phase 1b
Scope of Work: Complete restoration/renovation of theatre marquee and sign tower at the exterior. Complete restoration of the historical ceiling in the audience chamber.

Scope of Work: Complete historical Audience Chamber including platform seating, control room, ADA access/egrees to/from the audience chamber, mechanical/electrical upgrades; complete audio/video, theatrical lighting, theatrical rigging and house lighting as it relates to the audience chamber.

Phase 3
Scope of Work: Build stage, fly-loft, orchestra pit, basement under stage containing green room/dressing rooms/trap room, and backstage support spaces including loading/receiving, quick change and offices.

Phase 4
Scope of Work: This phase includes Add/Alternate items in the auditorium, stage, back-stage and basement areas. These items include fly-loft articulation, basement tenant improvements, acoustical enhancement system, production drapery & rigging, audio system, house lighting systems/controls, audio-video control systems, control booth equipment, lighting distribution system, theatrical light fixtures, lounge tenant improvements, and backstage second floor tenant improvments.
